What Now(Time) Warm-up: 3 rounds not for time of: 1 min of running, biking or rowing (increase pace each round) 10 jumping air squats 10 power cleans, empty barbell 5 front squats, empty barbell 5 hip & back extensions Skill/Strength: Warm up to working weight Squat Clean + 2 Front Squat, pick load Every 3 mins for 30 mins.
