Warm-up:

2 mins of jogging, biking or rowing
10 jumping air squats
10 sit-ups
7 power clean & strict press, empty barbell- start at mid-shin

For time:
Run, 800 m
50 Push Press, 65/45 lbs
50 Hollow Rocks
Run, 400 m
35 Push Press, 65/45 lbs
35 Hollow Rocks
Run, 200 m
25 Push Press, 65/45 lbs
25 Hollow Rocks

Optional Accessory Work:
Dumbbell Box Step-up 1x50 at 50/35 lbs

Accumulate 30-50 reps. Alternate each step. You choose the box height.
