Warm-up:

4 rounds not for time of:

1 min of jogging, biking or rowing (increase pace each round)
10 thrusters with a PVC pipe
5 push-ups, hand-release

Skill:

5-10 Minutes of double under practice
*Tips
-Find your rope length - tip of handle to shoulder when under feet
-Keep hands close, tight, and slightly out in front
-The spin comes from the wrist not the shoulder (creates rope speed)
-Keep hands in same position, as they move out or back so does your rope. This causes tripping.
-Find a focus point to stare at
-Try to stay in your stall mat
-Spring off toes

Run, 400 m
21 Bar Facing Burpees

15 Bar Facing Burpees
Run, 400 m
9 Bar Facing Burpees
