Death by Deadlifts(Time) Warm up: 3 minutes banded shoulder stretches 10 PVC pass throughs 10 PVC around the world's 10 PVC good mornings 10 scorpions 20 shuttle sprints 10 world's greatest stretch 10 inchworm with push ups 10 squats with 3 sec pause Tabata Abs: GHD sit-ups Hip extentions Skill: Pistol Squats 5X10 (5 each leg) Workout: Death by Deadlift (bodyweight) and Burpee Over the Bar **At the start of the clock, the athlete will perform 1 deadlift and 1 burpee over the bar, at the top of the next minute, the athlete will perform 2 deadlifts then 2 burpee over the bar, at the top of the next minutes, the athlete will perform 3 deadlifts then 3 burpee over the bar. This pattern will be repeated until no more reps can be done within the minute. ***All deadlift reps are always done first. Then all burpees are performed. |
