Russian Twist

Skill/Strength:
Kipping Pull-up Progression (5-7 minutes)
*Kip Swings (tight from Shoulders)
*2 Kip Swings and 1 Kip
*2 Kip Swings and 1 Pull-up
*2 Kip Swings, 1 Pull-up, 2 Kip Swings (push back and away after pull-up)
**Work on pull-ups at your skill level (Ring Rows, Banded, Etc.)
